Write for us
We welcome considered pitches and contributions about cycling that help readers understand a specific choice, idea or part of riding. Send proposals through the Contact page; a clear outline is more useful than a finished article sent without context.
What we welcome
Pitch explainers about bicycle types or features, comparisons with a clear basis, route-planning ideas, accounts of cycling history and culture, or carefully scoped pieces about the decisions riders make. We look for subjects that remain useful beyond a passing trend and can be handled without unsupported claims or hazardous instructions.
A strong pitch
Tell us the working idea, the question it answers, why it suits Dynamic Cycling Review and what a reader will understand or be able to consider afterward. Include a brief outline and any relevant sources or experience that inform the proposal. Avoid pitches that depend on unverified product claims, professional credentials we have not established or advice that requires a specialist.
Sending a proposal
Use the Contact page to send your pitch. Please include your name, a way to reply and the subject line or article idea. A proposal is not a promise of publication, and we may edit accepted work for clarity, accuracy and fit.
Every ride has its own logic
Cycling becomes easier to understand when we look beyond speed. We pay attention to the machine, the route and the choices that make a ride your own.
